Advise, implement, maintain.
We advise small and mid sized businesses on where artificial intelligence genuinely fits their operations, then design, implement, and maintain the systems that follow.
Advise
Clear counsel on where AI belongs in your business, and where it does not.
We start with how your business handles its work today, including calls, scheduling, and follow up, and identify where opportunities are being lost.
Everything we tell you is labeled for what it is: an observed fact, a calculated estimate, an assumption, or a recommendation. We do not guarantee results, and we do not present estimates as facts.
Pricing is set per client after that review, not from a published rate card.
Implement
Systems built around your existing workflows, reviewed and approved by you before anything goes live.
We configure the system around the way your business already works rather than asking your business to change for the system. You review and approve everything before it goes live.
Every system is built under the same controls: its own identity with least privilege, testing for prompt injection and data leakage before launch, attributable audit trails, and a stop switch. The full list is on the security page.
What is yours stays yours. Your data, your recordings, and your records remain yours.
Maintain
Ongoing monitoring, tuning, and reporting for as long as the system runs.
We monitor performance, tune the system, and report to you monthly. As your business changes, the system changes with it.
Every system we install is built, monitored, and maintained by the firm, not handed off.
What we build
The workflows below are the ones owners ask for most. Each one is built around the way your business already works, approved by you before it goes live, and run under the controls on the security page.
-
After hours call capture
A voice agent answers in your company's name when no one can pick up, takes the caller's details, and hands anything it cannot handle to a person.
-
Missed call text back
When a call goes unanswered, a text goes back to the caller so the lead does not go cold.
-
Appointment booking
The agent books into your calendar within the rules you set and confirms with the customer.
-
Quote follow up
Outstanding quotes get a follow up on a schedule you approve, and replies come back to you.
-
Invoice follow up
Reminders for unpaid invoices go out on the schedule you set. Payment happens on your processor's hosted page; the system never touches card details.
-
Dispatch sequencing
Incoming jobs are sorted and sequenced for your crew, with confirmations sent to the customer.
-
Review requests
After a completed job, the customer is asked for a review.
-
Document automation
Routine paperwork, such as bid packages and compliance forms, is drafted from your templates for a person to review and sign.
Any workflow that calls or texts your customers goes live only after the consent design has been reviewed by counsel.
How an engagement works
Five steps, in this order, every time.
-
A short call
We review how your business handles inquiries today, and whether our systems are a fit. If AI does not belong in your operation, we say so.
-
Review and recommendation
We look at how calls, scheduling, and follow up actually work in your business and recommend where AI fits and where it does not. Every finding is labeled as a fact, an estimate, an assumption, or a recommendation.
-
Build with your approval
The system is configured around your existing workflows, tested for prompt injection and data leakage, and shown to you. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
-
Launch
Go live follows a fixed checklist: identities and access set, stop switch tested, disclosure in place, approvals routing to you.
-
Monthly reporting
We monitor performance, tune the system, run automated security checks every month, and send you a concise report of results, open risks, and anything that needs your attention.
How pricing works
Every engagement is a one time installation fee plus a monthly retainer. Pricing is set per client after the review, because the right system for one business is not the right system for another, and it is not published.
The standard agreement runs an initial 90 days, then continues month to month with 30 days notice. You keep your data, recordings, and records. Millwright keeps its methods, templates, and workflow designs.
We do not guarantee results, and we do not quote statistics we cannot show you.
Every agent we deploy identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of each interaction. That is our standard for every client.
